Today, they vary between areas and authorities which could create obstacles for cooperation between authorities as well as uncertainties for business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a quest to simplify the rules for both businesses and authorities the Market Surveillance Council requests that the Government appoints a committee of inquiry in order to identify the powers and sanctions the market surveillance authorities have, to analyse the need for changes in applicable laws and, if necessary, to submit proposals for such changes in order to achieve a more coherent and appropriate legislation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Market Surveillance Council has identified the need for a revision of existing legislation with regard to the powers and&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[16],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1136","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-fasta-nyheter-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
